- Collect in store or at a Pargo collection point
- Have your order delivered to your address
The speed of delivery depends on the delivery address as well as the delivery option selected. Delivery timelines and costs are estimated as follows:
Standard Delivery
- Delivery to main centres within 2 – 4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
- Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 5 – 7 working days.
- FREE for orders over R500 for logged in users or over R750 for non-logged in users.
- R60 for orders less than R500.
- Delivery to main centres within 2 – 3 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
- Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 3 – 5 working days.
- FREE for orders over R1500 or R95 for orders less than R1500.
RETURN OPTIONS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reasons, you can return it to us in one of 3 ways:
- Return it to one of our stores.
- Log a return online and we will arrange collection with our couriers.
- Contact Us if you need assistance processing a return.
